The Ultimate Willow Wedding
Designed for Weddings and Vow Renewals
Regular rates for the 2026/2027 Season (May – October)
Weekday, Weekend and Statutory Holiday Rate:
$8,995 + GST
We understand that every love story is unique. While this is our standard package price, we’re happy to discuss custom options based on your individual needs.

This package includes exclusive use of both the indoor and outdoor facilities for an all-inclusive experience to host your ceremony and reception all in one convenient location.
Seating available for approximately 100 guests and includes the following:
- Complete set up and take down – enjoy your day and leave everything to us!
- Rehearsal (4 hours will be set aside for the wedding party to rehearse and prepare at a mutually convenient time).
- Exclusive use of both indoor and outdoor facilities for ceremony site, dinner, and reception.
- Outdoor ceremony seating to include vintage pews.
- Decorated rustic handcrafted wedding arch for nuptials including signing table and chair.
- Private use of on-site bridal suite.
- Private area for the groom and his men to relax and take in a game of horseshoes and other lawn games.
- Indoor reception area with adjoining bar area, dance floor and intimate lounge area.
- Harvest wooden tables and cross back chairs are provided including use of our lantern and willow centerpieces.
- Bartending services available (additional cost).
- Bluetooth sound system included for ceremony and reception if desired (with microphone).
- Two large fully serviced indoor washroom facilities on-site.
- Parking for 40 vehicles (we strongly encourage carpooling as we do not offer overflow parking).
- Complimentary décor essentials.
- Option to use our venue as a backdrop for engagement photos if desired (two-hour time slot at mutually agreed upon time).
- On-site staff and clean-up crew on hand.
The Willow Root Ceremony
Designed for Weddings and Vow Renewals
Rate for 2025/26 Season (May – October)
$3,750 + GST

This package is limited to an 8-hour rental period and includes exclusive use of our outdoor ceremony site only. This package does not include use of the barn/reception area.
Seating available for 150 guests and includes the following:
- Exclusive use of our venue grounds for photo opportunities after the ceremony.
- Outdoor games (lawn darts, horseshoe pits, ring toss, bocce ball)
- Bluetooth sound system.
- Ceremony vintage pew seating for up to 150 guests.
- Private use of our on-site bridal suite.
- Two large fully serviced indoor washroom facilities on-site.
- Decorated rustic handcrafted wedding arch including signing table and flowers.
- Parking for up to 40 vehicles (we strongly encourage car pooling as we do not offer overflow parking)
- Rehearsal time (3 hours will be set aside for the wedding party to rehearse and prepare at a mutually agreed upon time).
The Willow Vine Gathering
Designed for Gender Reveal Parties, Celebration of Life Gatherings, Baby Showers, Family Reunions, Anniversaries, Birthday Parties and more!
Rates for 2025/2026 Season (May – October)
$2,500 + GST
